Or hardly any running at all. I was able to run for ten minutes total, divided in two intervals. I found out I can't do it without my music. I just can't do it without it seems. I'll think too much about my breathing and about how tired I feel.
Of course it is also the first day of my period, and I've read on a lot of runner's forums that most women won't even try on that day. So it's not that surprising.
But I did walk out my entire route, so I was still out and about doing a brisk walk when I wasn't running.
Should I go on to week 8 and hope it goes better or should I repeat week 7? I'll figure it out. This whole week has been very hard.

Week 7 was my worst week so far as well. It did however motivate me to have a better run on week 8. I decided if W8D1 was as bad as week 7 I would run 2 days of W7 all over.
The start of week 8 was almost perfect though! No need to go back to week 7. Just listen to your body and you'll find out what to do with the running schedule.

I've had some totally miserable runs, and find it really difficult sometimes to realize that I'm actually still improving... So don't worry, bad days get us all sometimes.

Sorry to hear you had a bad run. Those pop up every now and then, unfortunately.
As to whether to repeat or not, I think I'd go ahead and try week 8. Since you are into the weeks where there are not walking intervals, the only difference is a few minutes in length.
So, I would go out ready to do week 8 and if you are three minutes from finishing and you just can't continue, consider it a week 7 day 3 redo!
I agree on needing music, btw. It helps me zone out and think about things other than running.
