I ran W4D2 on thursday after work and W4D3 this morning after getting up and having breakfast. As much as I was looking up to this week I was doing really well!
I might actually go for another W4 run tomorrow morning if the weather is decent enough.
I feel much fitter, much better and much happier with myself.
Will have more time to keep my journal next week!
